Ella has the most soft and yet durable vegan leather of any product I’ve tried. I love the two sides separated by a zippered pocket. It’s the perfect size. Big enough to throw in a few kid snacks but it doesn’t feel bulky. Also, their customer service is incredible. I had an issue with an item and got an email response within minutes and it was completely resolved.

I really have liked my prior bag from ela. Good quality simple lines and comfortable. I am not very tall and like that the Lady Bag offers a lot of space without looking huge on me!
