We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 shipped within Canada.
For orders under $100 – shipping fee varies from $11-$15 depending on Provence.
United States
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100* shipped within the US.
A flat $15 shipping fee applies for all other orders shipped to the US.
*Some exclusions apply. Shipping surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination.

Ontario: 1-3 business days
Other Provinces: 3-7 business days
Please note an additional 1-3 business day processing time is required before orders are shipped (this does not include weekends) – the shipping speed on your order reflects how quickly the selected postal service delivers the package to you once the order has been processed.
United States
Transit times to the US is 3-7 business days.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All shipping services used by ela provide a tracking number.
ela Handbags Canada ships within Canada and the US.
We currently do not offer shipping outside of North America.
Returns & Exchanges
All items marked final sale or discounted by 30% of more are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

The return package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is an order for an ela product that has not yet arrived at our warehouse. These items have a future estimated ship date at the time of purchase. Once your pre-order item has arrived at our warehouse facility, your order will be processed and shipped, and you will receive a shipment tracking number. Estimated shipping times once your pre-order has shipped can be found by visiting Shipping and Returns. Kindly note that this estimated ship date is subject to change in the event that there are unforeseen delays in the items arriving at our warehouse.
In the event a pre-order shipment is delayed beyond the initially provided estimated ship dates, we will inform you right away.
Pre-orders are considered custom orders and are not eligible for a refund. If a return needs to be made, a store credit will be issued towards our online store.
Product & Monogramming
Yes, all of our bags and accessories are crafted from vegan materials.
We also use our signature, purple 100% recycled plastic bottle lining on all bags, and wrapping currently used is 100% recyclable.
Hot-stamp Foil Monogramming
ela is currently offering hot-stamp monogramming (+$28) on every bag directly through our website.
Hand-painted Monogramming
For information regarding custom hand-painted monogramming services provided by @spoonstudio, please contact Courtney at Spoon Studio directly via courtney@spoonstudio.com.
If you would like to add hot-stamp foil monogramming to your order, simply hit "Add Monogram" on the product page of the item you would like to purchase, and you will then be directed to input your letter(s) and colour choices. Kindly note there is an additional $28 fee for monogramming.

Letter options: 1 to 3 letter(s)
Timing: Monogramming requires an average of 2-3 weeks of additional processing prior to the order shipping. If you are ordering with a specific delivery date in mind, kindly reach out to info@elahandbags.com and our team will be able to provide the most up-to-date information regarding current monogramming turn-around times.
We do our best to accommodate monogramming requests after an order has been placed or delivered, however, we cannot guarantee this will be possible:
My Order Has Been Placed But Is Not Yet Delivered: If you would like to add monogramming to an order that is currently processing (has already been placed but is not yet delivered), please reach out to info@elahandbags.com with your order number, the letter(s), and the colour you would like monogrammed. Our team will then be able to provide more insight into whether the item can be held for monogrammed.
I Want An ela Bag I Already Own/Have To Be Monogrammed: If you would like to add monogramming to an ela bag you already have, please reach out to info@elahandbags.com for further details. Kindly note that you will be responsible for returning the bag to our offices for monogramming.
