Vegan Leather Bag Care - spot cleaning using a soft damp cloth with a small amount of neutral soap or baby wipes is a great way to clean the PU leather. Avoid contact with any abrasive surfaces or harsh cloths and any chemicals on your vegan leather, as they can cause damage or discoloration.
Quilted Nylon Bag Care - hand wash or machine wash the bag on a delicate cycle with neutral soap and always air dry. If machine washing on a delicate cycle wash it solo without other items.
Quilted Belt Bag Care - hand wash only with neutral soap and always air dry. Try your best not to expose the gold buckle hardware to water and soap to avoid oxidation.

Love this little black crossbody purse. Perfect size, fits a regular size wallet and so much more!! The fabric is soft and easy to clean. Honestly feels like you don’t even have a purse on when wearing it, not bulky at all.
I absolutely love my new crossbody bag! It's soft and has ample space for my wallet, keys, phone and sunnies! Lots of internal pockets as well. The striped interior is so beautiful and I appreciate that it's made of recycled plastic bottles! The strap is adjustable which is perfect for me because I am taller. It's the perfect size bag / purse! I'm tempted to order a second one in another colour!
I’m in love. I love how soft the fabric feels. There are the perfect amount of pockets and small storage areas inside the bag. The adjustable strap is great for when I want to wear it closer to my body if out walking. It’s so light and barely feels like I am carrying anything with me. Super cute. I need more.
While I have not yet received my Jillian Harris Crossbody due to an issue with the shipping carrier, I have been blown away by the amazing customer care ELA has provided. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with a solution to the missing shipment. I can't wait to receive my bag and will definitely be ordering from ELA again :)
